In retaliation for India’s Operation Sindoor, Pakistan launched Operation Bunyan-Ul-Marsoos, a cyber offensive aimed at disrupting Indian cyberspace. Official Pakistani social media channels claimed responsibility for these attacks, which primarily targeted Indian government websites. Upon analysis, we identified that the Mysterious Team Bangladesh (MTB), along with its subgroups, and Team Insane Pakistan played a key role in executing these attacks. These groups have a history of involvement in similar cyber operations, including coordinated attacks in 2023 with the Anonymous Sudan hacking group, which targeted both India and Israel. The attack methods used by MTB, TIP, and Anonymous Sudan were strikingly similar, suggesting a level of collaboration or shared expertise.
